Denpasar, January 11, 2025 – Bali Lebih Bersih Campaign by OceanHero officially began in 2026 with a focus on education as a key driver for change. This campaign aims to build environmental awareness and encourage responsible waste management from an early age.

The opening activity of the 2026 campaign took place at Lentera Anak Bali, an orphanage that supports and cares for children from diverse backgrounds. A total of 30 children, ranging from kindergarten to junior high school levels, participated in this initial session.

Interestingly, 19 dedicated volunteers supported the two-hour educational session. During the session, the children learned about waste, its types, and its impact on the environment, as well as simple actions they can apply in their daily lives.

Creative and Interactive Activities

To make the session more engaging, fun and creative activities were also included. The children created mini campaigns on A3 paper, using drawings and short messages to express their understanding of the impacts of waste.

Through this combination of education and play, OceanHero hopes the children gain meaningful knowledge while enjoying the learning process. This activity marked an important starting point for the Bali Lebih Bersih Campaign in 2026 and set the foundation for future initiatives.
