Denpasar, February 31, 2026 – Bali Lebih Bersih brought together volunteers from its newest programs, EcoJoy and Ecomora, in Kaja, Renon. The event, themed “meet fellowship,” focused on meeting participants, discussing the Bali Lebih Bersih program, and dividing the teams into divisions.

A Meeting of Passionate Environmental Volunteers

This fellowship meets of Ocean Hero #BaliLebihBersih, twenty-two volunteers are to reignite the purpose of joining this organization by further learning the campaign’s origin and the urgent need to combat Bali’s plastic pollution, reminding us of the profound collective impact we create through awareness, action, and community inspiration.

Followed by an introduction and explanation of each core division. EcoJoy, which focuses on fun education and talking to communities. And EcoMora, which handles the practical side, specializing in field logistics and clean-up execution. Fellowship then meet with their respective head divisions to plan, evaluate, and synchronize future tasks. This planning ensures future works are coordinated, effective, and powerful in advancing the #BaliLebihBersih mission forward.

Ecomora

Ecomora (Ecological Movement for Environment Restoration) is an ecological movement focused on the restoration and conservation of mangrove ecosystems through real, community-based actions. “Eco” represents environmental awareness and responsibility, while “Mora” symbolizes harmony between people and coastal nature.

Ecomora invites all stakeholders to take part in protecting and maintaining the balance of coastal ecosystems so they can remain sustainable, resilient, and beneficial for future generations. We have 7 volunteers, including the fellowship. The goal of this program is to provide concrete action in the field of conservation. In addition to providing education, we need hands-on practice to support conservation. 

Ecojoy

Ecojoy (Environment and Enjoy) is a pilot project program initiated by the Bali Lebih Bersih campaign, based in a single school in Bali. In this project, there will be several phases of activities involving school children, volunteers, the internal Ecojoy team, teachers, and all relevant stakeholders. Ecojoy will run for four months, starting from February 2026, and activities will be conducted regularly every week at the school. 

We have 12 volunteers, including the fellowship. This program aims to develop conservation education in schools, especially for schoolchildren, so they have the knowledge and self-awareness to support conservation.

OceanHero is a global movement that seeks to tackle marine plastic pollution simply through everyday digital activities. Through internet searches and new tabs in the OceanHero browser, every user interaction contributes to the collection of plastic that could potentially pollute the ocean.

Bali Lebih Bersih is a campaign by OceanHero in Bali that focuses on efforts to maintain sustainable Bali. This movement will cover all districts in Bali and will not only involve action, but also educational programs for the community, schools, and especially the younger generation.
