Denpasar, November 16, 2025 – Denpasar, November 16, 2025 – Bali Lebih Bersih collaborated with PedulyBali to conduct a workshop on waste to value. Here, we conduct various activities such as beach clean-ups and workshop sessions on transforming waste into valuable products.
Clean Up at Nyanyi Beach
The activity began with a clean-up at Nyanyi Beach in Tabanan, which marked the first step in our effort to understand the lifecycle of waste. During this initiative, we focused on collecting plastic waste that could potentially be recycled.
Through this cleanup effort, we collected a total of 112 kilograms of waste. The collected materials will be taken to a recycling facility in a series of waste to value workshops.

Transforming Waste to Value through Workshop
The beach cleanup we conducted was a concrete action and resource to turn waste into value. Then, we went to Daur Tera Base to hold a workshop on how the process works.
From this workshop, we saw how trash can become something valuable, starting with sorting it. For example, key chains, trash cans, and even tables and chairs.
