Badung, May 10, 2026 – Bali Lebih Bersih by OceanHero collaborated with the Ministry of Social and Environment of BEM PM Universitas Udayana through a clean-up action at Kedonganan Beach. The activity involved 106 volunteers and successfully collected 204 kilograms of waste from the coastal area.
Encouraging Environmental Awareness Through Collective Action

We held this collaborative activity to encourage students and the wider community to take an active role in keeping our environment clean. In addition, it also aimed to raise awareness about the importance of a healthy and sustainable environment.
Vice Rector III for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya, S.P., M.Agr also attended the event.
“By getting out there to pick up trash and keep the environment clean, you’re showing that intellectual pursuits must go hand in hand with environmental ethics,” he said.
Clean-up Action with 106 Volunteers at Kedonganan Beach
As the main agenda, 106 volunteers carried out a clean-up action around Kedonganan Beach. We collected 204 kilograms of waste. Through this activity, Bali Lebih Bersih highlighted the importance of collaboration in protecting Bali’s coastal areas.
Furthermore, Bali Lebih Bersih continues to encourage collective environmental action through education, collaboration, and clean-up activities across Bali.
